Jay Sehgal is an Investor and Chief of Staff on the Investment Team at MetaProp, where he focuses on sourcing new investments, running due diligence processes, and managing strategy and operations.

Prior to joining MetaProp Jay was a Spring Associate at Ardent Venture Partners, an early-stage VC firm investing in AI-native applications, vertical SaaS, and B2B fintech. Jay has over 10 years of experience across startups and technology investing, informed by his experience working at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Stripes Group, Remesh AI, and AlphaSights. Jay earned his Bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
