Welcoming Ex PGIM Executive Phil Barrett to MetaProp’s Board

I’m thrilled to announce that Phil Barrett has been appointed to the MetaProp Advisory Board. Phil’s wealth of experience in real estate asset management, having held nearly every role at PGIM Real Estate, makes him a phenomenal addition to our team. He’s been a steadfast advocate for the global PropTech space, and we’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with him since 2017.  His outstanding reputation and respect across the international real estate and capital markets ecosystems position him to help MetaProp continue institutionalizing its platform and expanding our firm’s work with real estate leader, endowment, foundation, pension fund, insurance company, bank, RIA, OCIO, and sovereign wealth fund allocators.

Most importantly, Phil shares our team’s core values of giving back to the community, diversity, and entrepreneurship.  Notably, Phil’s recent academic achievements and hands-on work regarding decarbonization are timely as we double down on sustainable, resilient, and affordable property technology-oriented initiatives. Beyond the boardroom, Phil is also a serious father and husband as well as a certified football (“soccer”) coach. While I can’t promise we’ll be recruiting any star strikers, I’m certain he’ll help us continue to put the best team on the pitch (“field”) each and every day.
