NYC Real Estate Tech Week 2021 Starts Today

Welcome to NYC Real Estate Tech Week 2021!

Welcome to New York City! We are so happy to come together in our great city to celebrate "all things PropTech" this week.

Of course, this is a special time of year in NYC. We get to experience the best PropTech deal-making, networking, panels, education sessions, startup pitches, and investor events AND we can sneak away to catch Broadway's best, the Rockettes, ice skating, and the tree at Rockefeller Center, the holiday store windows on Fifth Avenue, etc.  

This year, we're helping producers put on seven distinct events around the city and will welcome thousands of PropTech enthusiasts from across North America along with friends from Asia/Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and LatAm.  Pre-festivities kicked off last night and tonight marks the official launch of our 2021 New York City Real Estate Tech Week. Notably, the Javits Center plays host to Propel by MIPIM with MetaProp on Wednesday and Thursday before the festivities wrap up on Friday.  I hope you can also enjoy some of the fun activities including great food, a river cruise, and building tours. There is truly something for everybody.

The world still faces tremendous uncertainty and we will miss those who can’t join in real life due to Omicron and COVID-related travel restrictions. Don’t worry!  Most event producers worked to accommodate remote/hybrid participation options this week too.

North Williamsburg with a local - understanding the past, present and future of the Wythe Avenue District with Toby Moskovits

The tour will start at 25 Kent, an amazing example of urban transformation. Afterwards, you will discover the Wythe avenue district stopping at venues including the Wythe Hotel, the Brooklyn Bowl and Brewery, where each owner will give a brief talk and tour. The tour will end at the Williamsburg hotel with a complementary buffet lunch.
